Boarding Rules and Discipline

Boarders should always be punctual and maintain strict discipline.
Boarders are not allowed to keep any valuables electronic gadgets i.e. iron or mobile phones etc. and cash more than Rs. 300 with them.
Boarders will not be allowed to avail the school transport.
Before leaving the hostel during holidays, boarders have to lock all valuable items inside the box.
Boarders are not permitted to visit or stay in other rooms other than their own.
In case of sickness, boarders should report to the hostel -in-charge at earliest.
Parents are not allowed to meet their wards during class hours.
Parents may meet their wards on Sundays from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm.
In case of emergency, boarders may talk to their parents from office , they are strictly forbidden to use any staff’s cell phone to communicate with relative.
Parents may speak to their wards on 8670667530 once in a week between 03:30 pm to 05:30 pm.
Parents of the boarders have to meet hostel-in-charge before meeting their wards.
Parents must answer any notice of school.
No leave will not be granted over telephone and in class hours
Boarders may get leave once in a month on their guardian’s written request only.
No leave will be granted for social functions i.e. Jalsa, Khatna, etc.
Students may be granted leave up to a maximum period of 3 days in case of an emergency and this can be availed only once in each term.
Boarders are not allowed to go out of the campus without the authorization of the Hostel-In-charge.
Prescription to be submitted after a long absence in case of illness.
All incidental expenses of the boarders will be recovered from their account.
Any damage caused to the school property will be recovered along with a fine.
Collect your money receipt after each payment and save it for your payment record.
Students will not be allowed to avail the hostel facility, if fees are due for 3 months.
Boarders have to pay all dues towards the school before leaving the boarding.
All fees must be paid before the half yearly & annual examinations.
